The UX UI Designer will design user interfaces and experiences for digital assets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, create wireframes, and troubleshoot UX problems.
Job Description
1. We are looking for a dynamic UX UI designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and
user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online
user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
2. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, Product Owners &
Project Manager in day-to-day routine.
3. Designer can understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be
responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, and translating them into sitemaps, user
flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
4. Designer must be able to create interactive programs that enhance a customer's experience with a
brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience on the business's website. need to have a working
understanding of coding and transfer the brand's strength through the interface of a product.
5. Designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and to ensure a
great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.
Requirements
Responsibilities
1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
2. Illustrate design ideas using wireframes, process flows, and sitemaps.
3. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
4. Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
5. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
6. Create designs system for wireframes and frontend HTML.
7. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
8. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems for Mobile and Web Applications.
9. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
10. Make strategic and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
