Solvative is looking for a creative and forward-thinking UI Designer who can weave magic with pixels and make designs come alive. As a UI Designer, your job will be to create user interfaces that are not just visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly. You should be able to turn complex ideas into simple, elegant designs that are a joy to use. Your toolkit should include an eye for detail, a deep understanding of human behavior, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. In short, we’re looking for someone who can turn digital experiences into works of art that leave users in awe. Motion graphics experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience-1-2 yrs
Responsibilities:

• Design visually captivating and highly functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to transform wireframes and concepts into precise, pixel-perfect UI designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Ensure consistency in visual design across different platforms and devices.
• Utilize typography, color theory, and layout principles to enhance the overall design aesthetics.
• (Bonus) Apply motion graphics and micro-interactions to elevate user engagement.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Expertise in creating high-end UI designs with a strong focus on aesthetics and usability.
• Solid understanding of design principles, grid systems, and responsive design.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and visually engaging UI components.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end visual design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion design tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or similar.
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Knowledge of branding and illustration principles.
