Lead the collection of user requirements, analyze designs, implement enterprise solutions, and manage backend and frontend application development, ensuring high code quality and end-to-end delivery by guiding junior developers.
Description and Requirements
Lead the collection and documentation of user requirements. Analyze design and drive solutions for major components and features. Implement enterprise frontend and backend solutions to ensure secure, high code quality across entire team. Investigate and resolve production management incidents, problems and service requests. Work with cross functional teams for delivery and interface with key stakeholders and business leaders to design, develop, implement and maintain solutions. Person should be able to own and handle end to end delivery and coordinate with junior developers to guide them and get the desired outcome from them.
Roles & Responsibilities :
* Designing and implementation web applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, CSS
* Provide guidance to team members.
* Own end to end sprint delivery.
* Expertise in Java and React full stack.
* Developing applications in cloud-based system.
* Performing CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps pipeline.
* Working on front end and backend system within such relation databases as MySQL and Document databases as MongoDB.
* Basic knowledge of Gen AI
