Your Role & Impact
As a U.S. Business Immigration Attorney, you will:
- Prepare and manage employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, employment-based immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status applications.
- Develop tailored immigration strategies that align with client business objectives while ensuring compliance and mitigating immigration-related risks.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, providing guidance regarding evolving immigration regulations, workforce planning considerations, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze complex immigration scenarios and communicate practical, business-focused recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication, technical excellence, and exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with attorneys, analysts, and immigration professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality legal support across client engagements.
- Leverage technology, automation, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and improve the client experience.
- Participate in client meetings, strategic discussions, and advisory engagements while showcasing Vialto Law's commitment to excellence, empathy, innovation, and people-focused solutions.
- Mentor, coach, and support the development of team members while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Stay current on developments in U.S. immigration law, agency guidance, and industry trends, sharing relevant insights with clients and colleagues.
- Depending on level, contribute to client relationship management, service delivery leadership, practice development initiatives, and broader organizational goals.

Senior Manager

What You Bring to the Team

Qualifications
- Bar Admission: Licensed and in good standing in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
- Experience: Employment-based U.S. business immigration experience, including experience with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, employment-based immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status matters. Candidates will be considered across multiple attorney levels based on relevant experience, technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and overall qualifications.
- Client Advisory Skills: Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to corporate clients, foreign national employees, and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage a demanding caseload while maintaining exceptional quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to mentor team members, contribute to professional development efforts, and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
- Technology-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated interest in leveraging technology, automation, innovation, and process improvement to enhance client service delivery and operational excellence.

- Salary Range: $120,000-$185,000
The compensation range listed reflects the broad range for attorney positions covered by this posting. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including geographic location, internal level alignment, years of relevant experience, specialized skills and expertise, market considerations, and other job-related qualifications.
