Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate backend logistics for virtual and in-person user events, including scheduling, tracking, and platform setup
     

  • Compile and analyze event data and engagement metrics
     

  • Maintain event documentation, calendars, and workflows
     

  • Support speaker communications, invitations, and follow-ups as needed
     

  • Moderate in-person or virtual events/webinars
     

  • Contribute to planning and logistics for community-focused programs at larger corporate events (as needed)
     

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless event execution
     

  • Assist with content or collateral preparation, such as registration pages or post-event summaries
     



Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or project support
     

  • Excellent organizational skills
     

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Zoom/Webinar platforms, spreadsheets, and shared task management tools
     

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
     

  • Ability to work effectively across time zones in a global team environment
     

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
     



Nice to Have:
 

  • Familiarity with community programs or customer engagement initiatives
     

  • Background in technology, software, or user group environments
