Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate backend logistics for virtual and in-person user events, including scheduling, tracking, and platform setup
Compile and analyze event data and engagement metrics
Maintain event documentation, calendars, and workflows
Support speaker communications, invitations, and follow-ups as needed
Moderate in-person or virtual events/webinars
Contribute to planning and logistics for community-focused programs at larger corporate events (as needed)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless event execution
Assist with content or collateral preparation, such as registration pages or post-event summaries
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or project support
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Zoom/Webinar platforms, spreadsheets, and shared task management tools
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Ability to work effectively across time zones in a global team environment
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with community programs or customer engagement initiatives
Background in technology, software, or user group environments
