Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and translating findings into design solutions that enhance usability and engagement. You will also iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of user satisfaction and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate design workshops to gather input and foster creativity among team members. - Mentor junior designers to enhance their skills and promote a culture of continuous learning. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with user interface design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Familiarity with usability testing and user research techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
