Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and iterating on design concepts to ensure that the final product meets user needs and expectations. You will also engage in discussions with stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables, ensuring that the user experience is at the forefront of the design process. Your role will require a balance of creativity and analytical thinking as you strive to enhance usability and accessibility in your designs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. - Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Familiarity with usability testing and user research techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Visual Design. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
