1. Role Overview

We are seeking a Veeva Program Manager with 5–8 years of experience in managing Veeva Vault/CRM projects within the Life Sciences domain. The role involves coordinating end‑to‑end project delivery, managing stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and driving business value through Veeva solutions. The ideal candidate has hands‑on Veeva knowledge along with strong project management and communication skills.

• Manage medium-sized Veeva implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives.
• Coordinate planning, requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Maintain RAID logs, project plans, timelines, and weekly status reporting.

• Work closely with business teams (Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, Medical Affairs).
• Understand business needs and translate them into functional/technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, demos, and UAT cycles.

• Good understanding of Veeva Vault modules (QualityDocs, RIM, PromoMats, Safety, Clinical) or Veeva CRM/SFE.
• Support configuration discussions, release impact analysis, and integration requirements.
• Work with technical teams to validate design, workflows, and solutions.

• Ensure all deliverables align with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity, and CSV/validation standards.
• Support documentation (URS, FRS, test scripts, validation documents).

• Manage offshore/onshore delivery teams and coordinate with vendors or partners.
• Ensure timely execution of sprints, functional releases, and change requests.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Contribute to Veeva roadmap planning, release readiness, training, and adoption activities.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes leveraging Veeva capabilities.

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault and/or Veeva CRM.
• Knowledge of workflows, metadata configuration, document lifecycles, security models, or CRM processes.
• Understanding of integrations with systems such as SAP, LIMS, eBMR, DMS, MedComms, etc.

• Experience managing projects or large workstreams in an Agile/Waterfall environment.
• Strong documentation, planning, tracking, and governance skills.

• Knowledge of Life Sciences processes—Regulatory, Quality, Clinical, Safety, or Commercial.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.
• PMP / Agile / Veeva Vault certification is preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a global team environment.
