Apex Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Financial Reporting to join our client's inclusive and collaborative team. This full-time Financial Reporting role in India offers a favourable salary and a benefits package. In your first few weeks in this Financial Services role, you can expect to:
- Work closely with the Process Head and executive management to drive collaborative and effective policy development and implementations
- Develop, document, and institute procedures to make FR process more efficient and standardized, saving time and money
- Manage a team in a high-volume, deadline, and production-driven environment while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Provide ongoing and continuous training, motivation, and development of all team members to maintain high client service standards.
To apply for this Financial Reporting role, you will need a professional qualification, CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or any course specialising in Accounting. You will also require the following:
- 12+ years in Financial Reporting
- Experience in Financial Reporting in Hedge Funds/Private Equity/Alternative Investment Service
- Experience in IFRS/US GAAP is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
