Contributing to the project planning and implementation of the Talent Development initiatives and GBS HR strategy
Plan and organize Talent reviews and succession planning for each GBS Regional Center as well as other key population segments
Support the Global Learning initiatives including GBS Learning Curriculum / GBS Academy
Contribute to various HR Data and analytics activities
