As the VP of Product Management for Infrastructure Cloud Services, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for CoreWeave’s foundational cloud infrastructure products—including GPU & CPU compute, storage, and networking. You will lead and scale a high-impact team of product leaders, collaborating closely with engineering, GTM, and executive stakeholders to define and deliver next-gen infrastructure cloud services purpose-built for AI/ML workloads.
The ideal candidate is passionate about AI and cloud technologies, with a deep understanding of core cloud infrastructure services. You’ll be expected to deeply understand the unique needs of AI-native developers, model builders, and enterprises, and translate those into world-class products that differentiate CoreWeave from traditional cloud providers, ensuring that CoreWeave builds on its market-segment position as the leading AI Hyperscaler.
About the role:- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the long-term strategy for CoreWeave’s compute, storage, and networking cloud services, aligned with the company’s mission to serve AI and high-performance workloads.
- Cloud Infrastructure Expertise & Technical Product Ownership: Stay current on advancements in AI/ML technologies, and their impact on cloud infrastructure requirements, to inform product decisions and foster innovation. Oversee roadmap development and delivery of products such as GPU/CPU instance families, high-throughput storage services (e.g., NVMe, object storage), and high-performance networking fabrics (e.g., InfiniBand, low-latency interconnects).
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-caliber team of product managers across infrastructure domains. Establish a culture of technical excellence, customer obsession, and delivery accountability.
- Customer-Centric Development: Partner with strategic customers, engineering, and field teams to define and prioritize product features and infrastructure capabilities tailored to the needs of AI researchers, model training teams, and real-time inference providers.
- Market Differentiation & Positioning: Ensure CoreWeave’s infrastructure stack is differentiated through performance, cost-efficiency, scalability, and developer experience—specifically for AI workloads
- Operational Excellence: Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and SRE teams to ensure product SLAs, uptime, provisioning speed, and resource availability meet the demands of large-scale AI workloads.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with finance, marketing, customer success, and sales to ensure successful product launches, pricing models, and customer engagement strategies.
- 10+ years in product management leadership roles in cloud infrastructure, including at least 5+ years leading PM teams across compute, storage, or networking domains.
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure products at scale within a cloud provider, hyperscaler, or infrastructure startup.
- Deep technical understanding of GPU/CPU resource provisioning, software-defined networking, storage systems (block, object, file), and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Slurm, etc.).
- Experience serving AI/ML use cases, including familiarity with model training workflows, inference performance bottlenecks, and workload optimization patterns.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of driving business growth through innovative product solutions in the AI and cloud space.
- Customer-obsessed mindset, with direct experience engaging with developers, researchers, and platform teams building AI-native applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and scale product operations effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $300,000 to $375,000 and $420,000 to $525,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
