What will you do?
- Note it will be an Individual Contributor Role
- Collaborate with product managers (PMs) to understand feature requirements and user impact.
- Conduct competitive research to gather insights and make informed design decisions.
- Develop wireframes and detailed designs using Figma, ensuring alignment with industry standards and WazirX's guidelines.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from PMs and other stakeholders before final sign-off.
- Create checklists and guidelines for developers to ensure smooth implementation.
- Conduct design reviews and testing on various platforms to ensure optimal UX and design integrity.
- Prioritize multiple design requests based on importance and frequency.
- Handle both large-scale and quick turnaround design requirements efficiently.

- Strong communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to receive and incorporate constructive criticism positively into designs.
- Collaborative mindset for effective brainstorming with team members.
- Proactive in updating knowledge of industry design trends and products.
- Proficiency in conducting competitive analysis and user experience research.
- Ability to create comprehensive wireframes for all features.
- Expertise in Figma for design creation and prototyping.
- Capability to integrate past and future expectations into new features, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
- Solid understanding of the entire design process from research to final implementation.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Applications or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience, preferably in a product company. (preferably Fintech domain)
