Lead product innovation and regulatory transformation for top-tier private banks and wealth managers
The Role
Capco is seeking an experienced Product Specialist with deep discretionary or advisory wealth management experience to help lead major transformation programmes. You’ll work with private banks and wealth managers to shape, launch, and evolve products across the full lifecycle—from strategy to implementation. This is a high-impact role for candidates looking to drive both innovation and regulatory excellence in an evolving and competitive industry.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement discretionary and advisory wealth products across asset classes and client segments.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities including onboarding, compliance, risk, and capital management.
Shape target operating models and advise on regulatory and outsourcing frameworks.
Drive digital and operational change across front, middle, and back-office functions.
Lead client engagements, contribute to proposals, and support internal initiatives and thought leadership.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of product ownership experience in discretionary/advisory wealth management.
Proven capability in business or technology transformation environments.
Strong understanding of regulated advice models, client onboarding, and portfolio oversight.
Experience working with relevant regulations and supporting compliant change delivery.
Ability to lead, coach, and develop others while delivering tangible client outcomes.
Bonus Points For
Engagements involving outsourcing, risk frameworks, or anti-financial crime remediation.
Involvement in core platform transformation or digital client journey design.
Experience in new product approval and documentation processes.
Track record of contributing to business development and market-facing initiatives.
Qualifications such as PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, or IMC.
