Your Impact on our Mission:

Zocdoc is looking for a Web Integration Associate to deploy and maintain the Book Online Button, a free online scheduling tool. This person will work with healthcare providers to set up and customise our proprietary Book Online Button and meet the needs of each practice on Zocdoc.

Before we dive into the job description, let's understand what a BOB is 

Book Online Button allows Zocdoc providers to add free online scheduling to their existing websites. Patients can see real-time availability, accepted insurances, and type of care that providers offer and then book appointments directly from provider websites, 24/7.

Your day-to-day will be:

Book Online Button Installations

Installing the Zocdoc Book Online Button on providers’ websites to ensure that it is installed accurately and effectively, maximizing value for our provider customers and their patients. This will involve navigating a variety of content management systems, determining the best placement on existing websites, and flexing your HTML skills.

Live Customer Support 

You will interact directly with Zocdoc’s provider customers and their web developers over the phone and via email, assisting them with their installation, clarifying placement preferences, and providing customer support for the Book Online Button.

Subject Matter Expertise

You will also act as a subject matter expert on all content management systems we touch, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and assisting team members with escalations. You may also work directly with Zocdoc’s Product team, helping improve the Book Online Button product and the tools used to support it by providing feedback and reviewing test features.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have …

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or any related fields (with at least 60% score)
  • Solution-oriented and a fantastic problem solver with a deep troubleshooting mindset
  • Quick at learning web technologies
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience - Required
  • Experience working with popular Content Management Systems (Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, GoDaddy, etc.) - Required
  • Basic / Working knowledge of Javascript and HTML code and syntax - Required

Someone savvy with spoken English and with experience providing phone and email support to American customers.

Work Timings:

Since you’ll be required to work US timings, to work with providers on live calls and support, your work timings would be 6.30 PM IST to 3.30 AM IST
