As a key member of our web production team, you will play an important role in enabling the success of our internal customers' business objectives. With a keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for crafting highly effective and engaging web pages within our content management system (CMS). You will strictly adhere to website style and navigational guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience!
Key Responsibilities:- Interacting with business partners: Collaborate with your business partners to understand their web content requests and build highly effective and engaging web pages.
- Crafting web pages within the content management system (CMS): Use our existing CMS (AEM Classic & Touch UI) to build and publish web pages that meet the required standards and guidelines.
- Adhering to website style and navigational guidelines: Ensure that all web pages follow established website brand and corporate guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive user experience.
- Proposing improvements based on user experience and feedback: Analyze page production processes and user experience data and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Managing workflow and timelines for multiple projects: Effectively prioritise multiple projects, ensuring that timelines are followed and projects progress efficiently.
- Interfacing within the project management system: Use project management systems to track progress, communicate with team members, and collaborate on projects.
- Providing project status updates: Regularly provide updates to supervisors and business partners, keeping them informed about project progress and any potential issues.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree and 2 or more years of hands-on experience with customer-facing web sites
- 3-5 years of experience in website content management, Adobe Experience Manager a plus
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS
- Exhibits basic competency with the Adobe Creative Suite of products including Photoshop, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Passionate about user experience and customer-centric design
- Interested in page analytics and data-driven approaches
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong eye for detail and design consistency
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality work with minimal bugs/errors
- Exercises judgment and independence in identifying next steps
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with all project team members in a formal, informal, written, and verbal manner
