Provide production support for Workbrain/Kronos workforce management systems, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, enhancements, requirements gathering, testing, UAT, upgrades, and deployment support. Manage Time and Attendance, scheduling, and payroll integrations while coordinating with HR, Payroll, vendors, and global technical teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management are required.
