About this Role

In line with our desire to deliver a more intelligent Workday, we are currently looking to hire exceptional Planning Consultants to manage the successful design and implementation of financial planning within Adaptive Planning (formerly Adaptive Insights). Invisors has deep roots in the Workday ecosystem, and we are excited to leverage this foundation and continue to build a successful Planning practice that brings forth a platform solution to every use case. 

 

Working closely with client business teams, you will be integral in driving the scope, definition and delivery of Adaptive Planning solutions. This role solves complex problems by helping our customers get the data they need to make better business decisions and drive more efficient business operations. You will be responsible for designing and implementing detailed financial models and reports. 

 

The ideal candidate has direct experience with Adaptive Planning and is looking for an opportunity to learn more about Workday’s entire platform while contributing to an agile, high-growth team. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting production customers through operational efforts within Adaptive Planning 

  • Designing and implementing financial budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning 

  • Leading onsite discovery sessions with clients to unearth and capture project requirements 

  • Consulting on budgeting and planning best practices for workforce and/or financial planning 

  • Analyzing financial models and reports originating from both spreadsheets and other planning tools 

  • Educate both clients and our internal junior consultants on effective approaches to utilizing/analyzing financial models, tools and data. 

  • Provide technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.) for the Adaptive Planning suite of products. 

Relevant skills and experience: 

  • Experience implementing and/or administering Adaptive Planning - Adaptive certified is ideal 

  • 2+ year of experience in EPM implementation or corporate FP&A 

  • Budgeting and forecasting experience related to expense, personnel, revenue, capital, cash flow and balance sheet planning
