Role:
Workday Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Analyses, defines, and documents complex business requirements and processes relating to the Workday HCM/Compensation/Talent/Learning deployment.
· Understands the scope and details of the project plan and is able to identify and communicate the need for resources for tasks or assigned areas of responsibility.
· Manages multiple, parallel projects using exceptional organizational and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner.
· Responsible for the analysis, design, delivery, and testing of the solution.
· As a Subject Matter Expert, vital to provide guidance on how their area of capability can help resolve client needs and actively participate in all phases of the Workday life cycle.
· Monitors progress of tasks against the plan, and reports status to leadership on project issues.
· Establishes and maintains client relationships. Communicate client feedback to leadership as appropriate.
· Suggests improvements and proactively addresses issues. Answers all inquiries in a timely basis.
· Provide assistance and cross-training to other team members.
· Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes.
· Work on low to medium complexity functionality AMS tickets.
· Workday certification is preferred
· HR Domain knowledge: Core Compensation. Advance Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning, Benefits module of Workday. Resource having multi-domain knowledge on Workday including Compensation would also be preferred.
