We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, and support Workday integration solutions across various modules. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday Integration tools, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, PECI, Workday Studio, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across systems through efficient integration design.
Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize existing integrations to improve performance and reliability.
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and regression testing related to Workday integrations.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all integration processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
4–8 years of hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.
Proficient in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, PECI, and XSLT.
Strong knowledge of Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST) and related technologies.
Experience integrating Workday with third-party systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Workday Integration Certification preferred.
Exposure to Workday Security Model and Reporting.
Experience working in global implementation or support environments.
Familiarity with Orchestration and API management concepts.
