About the Role:
We are seeking a strong Workday Recruiting Consultant to join a new Workday implementation project. This is a hands-on role for an individual contributor who enjoys solving problems and taking ownership of their work within the Recruiting module. You will be part of a global Workday rollout alongside a highly skilled and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Workday Recruiting solutions according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues within Workday Recruiting.
- Contribute to process design, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support integrations and reporting related to Recruiting as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Workday best practices and project standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday Recruiting experience.
- Strong Workday configuration skills within Recruiting.
- Exposure to Core HCM, Security, or Reporting in Workday.
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global Workday rollout projects.
- Experience with end-to-end Workday implementations.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively.
