Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Architecture
Understand business processes and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions.
Design end-to-end architecture covering CRM, Finance, People, Creator apps, and integrations.
Prepare technical architecture documents, workflow diagrams, and data models.
Define As-Is and To-Be processes and solution roadmap.
2. Zoho Implementation & Customization
Lead configuration and customization across multiple Zoho apps.
Develop Creator applications using Deluge scripting, workflows, APIs, and custom functions.
Build automation, blueprints, approval processes, and business rules.
Implement Finance suite (Books, Inventory, Invoice, Payroll) as per business need.
3. Integration Management
Integrate Zoho apps with external systems such as SAP, Oracle, custom ERPs, WhatsApp, dialers, payment gateways, etc.
Work with REST APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integration platforms.
Ensure smooth data flow and secure communication between systems.
4. Project Leadership
Work closely with project managers, consultants, and developers for successful delivery.
Mentor technical teams and review solution design and code quality.
Handle client workshops, requirement gathering, and UAT support.
Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and aligned with client goals.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Build dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics.
Understand BI requirements and design data pipelines from multiple sources.
6. Client Engagement
Conduct client meetings, demos, and training sessions.
Understand customer pain points and recommend best practices.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho People, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk.
Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting.
Strong understanding of API integration, webhooks, and JSON/XML.
Knowledge of database and data modeling concepts.
Experience in building complex workflows and automation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS ecosystems.
