Manage UK STDF actuals and stress testing governance, controls, reporting, approvals, delivery timelines, and audit-ready documentation. Oversee risk and control assessments, regulatory report inventories, issue remediation, stakeholder forums, executive sign-offs, and submissions. Ensure readiness for 2027 BCST, coordinate cross-functional engagement with Finance and Treasury Controls Offices, and drive continuous improvement and automation across the stress testing control environment.

Supports Finance Cloud Transformation through liquidity data validation, reconciliation, gap analysis, UAT, dashboard production, defect resolution, and reporting controls. The role validates liquidity returns against PRA, EBA, HKMA, and US Federal Reserve regulations, gathers data requirements, investigates data-quality issues, coordinates with Finance and IT teams, supports testing and sign-off, and helps reduce manual adjustments and operational risk.

Support regulatory liquidity reporting by applying predefined rules and mappings, performing variance analysis and reconciliations, documenting business/functional requirements, coordinating BA/IT/testing streams, and contributing to governance, controls and audit readiness within regulatory change programmes.

Support intraday liquidity management by eliciting and documenting requirements, designing process and system improvements, developing MI/reporting, supporting forecasting and stress scenarios, coordinating delivery (Agile/UAT), and ensuring regulatory and risk compliance across Treasury, Finance, Operations and Technology.
