Provides fund administration, accounting, client service, NAV and fee calculations, investor allocations, reconciliations, payment processing, financial statement preparation, audit coordination, regulatory compliance, and process improvement for assigned client portfolios.

Performs bookkeeping, prepares and reviews financial statements, annual statutory reports, management accounts, and client financial analyses. Maintains entity and bank records, supports audits and internal controls, administers VAT, manages payment documentation, monitors deliverables, and responds to client and stakeholder queries. The role collaborates with finance, legal, accounting, tax, and external advisory teams while ensuring accurate and timely reporting under GAAP or IFRS.

Manage end-to-end fund accounting for Luxembourg real estate fund structures, including NAV calculations, capital accounts, management fees, and real estate transaction recording. Support month/quarter/year-end closes, investor reporting, capital calls, distributions, audits, and regulatory reporting (AIFMD/CSSF). Coordinate with AML/KYC, transfer agency, legal, administrators, auditors, and valuers. Drive process improvements and support system automation.

Performs accounting and reporting for global hedge, private equity, and debt funds. Responsibilities include maintaining fund books, processing investor capital activity, preparing NAV workbooks, calculating management fees, preferred returns, carried interest, and performance ratios, and producing investor, fund-level, and ILPA reports. The role also involves client interaction and accounting for complex instruments including bank debt, TRS, MBS, and CLOs.

Oversee private equity fund accounting, NAV calculations, capital accounts, waterfalls, carried interest, fees, expenses, transactions, valuations, and financial reporting. Review statements and investor packages, manage audits, ensure LPA and accounting-standard compliance, coordinate with auditors and tax advisors, and lead a fund accounting team. Drive controls, process standardization, automation, and system enhancements while supporting clients, GPs, and internal stakeholders.

Oversee private equity fund accounting, including NAV calculations, capital accounts, waterfalls, carried interest, fees, expenses, transactions, valuations, and financial reporting.
