Supports contract intake, validation, and translation into SAP customer project, WBS, and billing structures. Maintains billing plans, records, audit trails, exception logs, and setup trackers while collaborating with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Legal. Reviews contract terms, identifies issues, supports operational reporting, and ensures compliance with SOPs, governance standards, and revenue recognition processes including ASC 606 and IFRS 15.

Leads ZS’s global client billing center of excellence in Pune, managing 20–22 professionals and overseeing end-to-end invoicing, billing controls, reconciliations, audit readiness, working-capital improvement, and stakeholder partnerships. The role drives process standardization, automation, KPI reporting, and SAP transformation while supporting diverse global billing models, client portals, tax requirements, and order-to-cash activities.
