The Senior Human Resources Associate will provide functional support for HR Ecosystems, focusing on system efficiency, troubleshooting, and compliance. They will collaborate with HR leaders and IT to implement enhancements, manage vendor relationships, and support various HR initiatives and projects.

The Human Resources Associate will support the full lifecycle of recruiting for college candidates, partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies, handle logistics for interviews, and execute campus recruitment events.
