Lead complex customer technical investigations involving cloud services, networks, logs, monitoring data, and application behavior. Coordinate escalations with Engineering and Product, document findings, recommend fixes, and drive issues through resolution. Develop automation and reusable documentation, mentor engineers, participate in product reviews, and support customers through scheduled 24-hour coverage.
