Support and enhance observability for a cloud/SaaS platform: review logs and performance data, maintain SIEM/APM tools (Splunk, Uptrends, Datadog), write regex and complex Splunk queries, build dashboards/alerts, automate processes, and document monitoring configurations and upgrades.

Coordinate and book airport and local transport (Pune/Mumbai) using transport tools, arrange VVIP and employee transfers, prepare transport rosters for large events, finalize vendor billing and process in SAP, handle daily miscellaneous transport requests, and liaise with building management on operational issues.

Provide 24x7 monitoring and incident management across Windows, Linux, VMware and hybrid cloud using SolarWinds and Splunk. Administer SolarWinds platform, tune alerts/reports, perform first-line triage, support patching/change processes, troubleshoot virtualization and AWS, and coordinate escalations following ITIL practices.
