Lead and scale a PMO for large client delivery teams: own PMO processes, tools and governance; manage SDLC artifacts, SLA compliance, financial and risk reporting; coordinate onboarding, training, assets, and cross-office communication; liaise with client PMO on performance reporting and shared tools; drive continuous improvement and policy/version control.

Lead delivery of large-scale technology projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Plan, track, mitigate risks, manage scope and budgets, run Agile ceremonies, maintain project tools and documentation, coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and maintain stakeholder communication to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
