Lead design, administration, and optimization of VMware virtualized infrastructure and enterprise storage (Dell, HPE, NetApp). Perform deep troubleshooting across VMware, Linux/Unix, compute, storage and networking; manage lifecycle, patching, backups, DR exercises, automation via scripting/configuration tools, and drive incident/problem/change management while mentoring junior admins.

Design, develop, and support analytics solutions, dashboards, reports, and data models. Prepare and transform data, ensure data quality and governance, collaborate with stakeholders, leverage AI to accelerate delivery, and drive process improvements to enable data-driven decisions.

Manage and configure PPM tools (Accolade/Cora), support project portfolio processes, create and audit projects, act as Accolade gatekeeper, troubleshoot and test tool changes, liaise with IT and CCB, build KPI reports and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI), analyze R&D/financial data, and support AOP/ZBB/STRAP.
