Lead global end-to-end procurement for plastic/resin commodities: develop and execute commodity strategy, run RFQs, manage supplier relationships, evaluate alternate suppliers, lead negotiations and contracts, drive cost-down initiatives, partner with R&D on cost engineering, and ensure on-time, on-cost, on-spec supply for product launches.

Lead development and deployment of global negotiation frameworks, training and deal-support for high-value commercial negotiations. Drive value creation, risk mitigation, KPI measurement, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement of negotiation processes, tools and capability across the procurement organization.

Lead product satisfaction strategy and deliver actionable, evidence‑led insights by combining user research with engineering and systems thinking. Lead engineering for refurbishment and circularity across in-market Dyson products: define diagnostics, repair methods, SOPs and test strategy; resolve high-impact yield and quality issues; drive design and process changes to improve repairability, reuse and sustainability; set and track refurbishment KPIs; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions; deploy scalable global refurbishment capabilities through cross-functional collaboration.
