Provide reactive and proactive support to large and high-value sellers via email, chat, and phone. Resolve operational, policy, and technical issues, coach merchants to avoid future problems, collaborate with internal partners, and escalate/handle complex cases while meeting SLAs and sharing insights with account managers.

Onboard and support new sellers through calls, email, and Zoom; guide listing, inventory setup and optimization; monitor performance metrics; resolve issues or escalate cross-functionally; deliver insights, action plans and health check-ins to drive seller performance and satisfaction.

As a GCX CS Teammate, support large merchants with operational issues via phone, chat, and email. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, collaborating with teams, and coaching merchants on best practices. Prioritize customer relationships and provide feedback on performance improvements.
