Develop high-performance ReactJS applications for an AI-powered platform. Drive specialty gas sales across Maharashtra by achieving targets, managing key accounts, acquiring customers, developing direct and channel sales, recommending application-specific solutions, coordinating supply and logistics, managing orders through payment, planning inventory, negotiating prices, resolving complaints, and conducting market intelligence.

Owns the architecture, configuration, testing, and maintenance of Workday Payroll across multiple legal entities. Responsibilities include payroll rules, tax configurations, deductions, garnishments, integrations, reporting, EIBs, audits, dashboards, release regression testing, production deployments, and process improvements. The role partners with Benefits, Absence, Compensation, HCM, and integration teams while supporting compliance, change management, and evaluation of AI-driven Workday payroll capabilities.

Conduct field visits to verify branding and advertisements on auto-rickshaws. Inspect whether ads are correctly displayed, photograph vehicles using an Android smartphone, upload images through a mobile application, and complete 40–50 verifications daily. The role requires local travel, basic smartphone skills, and approximately 5–6 flexible working hours per day. This is a freelance position with weekly payouts.

Designs, configures, and maintains Workday Benefits and Absence modules, including eligibility rules, benefit and leave plans, compliance reporting, integrations, payroll impacts, custom reporting, testing, tenant maintenance, and troubleshooting. Partners with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, developers, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions, support regulatory compliance, improve processes, document changes, and drive user adoption. Also evaluates emerging Workday AI features and supports innovation initiatives.

Designs, configures, and maintains Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions for global programs across the USA and India. Manages compensation plans, eligibility rules, grades, statements, scorecards, reports, calculated fields, and business processes. Collaborates with HCM, Absence, and Payroll teams to prevent downstream impacts, conducts audits and regression testing, implements system enhancements, and supports change management and end-user training.
