Supervises and mentors teams, drives process improvements, resolves cross-functional queries, and ensures accurate, timely financial data and reporting. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, analytical problem-solving, and expertise in finance operations within a BPO or multinational environment.

Drive specialty gas sales across Maharashtra by achieving targets, managing key accounts, acquiring customers, developing direct and channel sales, recommending application-specific solutions, coordinating supply and logistics, managing orders through payment, planning inventory, negotiating prices, resolving complaints, and conducting market intelligence.
