Architect cloud deployment on AWS (EKS, service mesh), mentor a five-person backend team, define microservice patterns, database strategies, validation and performance guidelines, and act as the technical liaison between legacy databases and cloud-native systems.

Design, deploy, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops across on-prem and cloud. Optimize performance, troubleshoot VDI/profile/network issues, automate tasks with PowerShell, perform patching/upgrades, integrate with public cloud, document architecture, and participate in on-call incident management and RCA.
