Lead planning and execution of data migration projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, complete, and reliable data transfers. Define migration approaches, controls, validation processes, and risk mitigation strategies. Monitor quality and progress, resolve issues, make team decisions, support stakeholders, and mentor junior team members while ensuring alignment with project standards and timelines.

Execute end-to-end data migrations by extracting, transforming, loading, and validating data in target systems. Develop and maintain migration scripts, monitor workflows, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document migration procedures, optimize processes, and support junior team members while independently contributing as a subject matter expert.

Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake-based data warehousing solutions, databases, pipelines, and ETL processes. Collaborate with data and business intelligence analysts to address data requirements, implement security and access controls, and deliver scalable applications. The role requires hands-on experience with Snowflake Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe, stored procedures, complex SQL, and Python, with AWS services as an advantage.
