Develop, enhance, and maintain custom software applications using Python frameworks and modern agile practices. Design scalable, high-performing solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot and optimize components, and document code and processes. The engineer is expected to work independently, contribute to team discussions, provide solutions, and mentor junior team members.

Investigate recruitment and HR whistleblower matters, policy violations, employee misconduct, fraud, and ethics cases. Support sensitive employee situations and recommend fair disciplinary actions while considering local employment laws. Lead employee-relations practice improvements, change management, stakeholder communications, metrics, analytics, leadership reporting, and knowledge management. Partner with Corporate Investigations, Legal, and local HR teams to ensure policy compliance and continuously improve ER programs.
