Maintain and improve native iOS and Android apps, contribute to migration to React/React Native, own features end-to-end, participate in on-call support, and collaborate to meet performance, reliability, and delivery KPIs while using CI/CD, testing, and cloud/AI tooling.

Serve as the techno-functional lead for NetSuite administration and optimization, configure NetSuite (custom fields/records/forms), design SuiteFlow automations, author Saved Searches and SuiteAnalytics, manage sandbox testing and upgrades, and build Workato integrations to sync data between HubSpot/Salesforce, Chargebee, Xero, and QuickBooks while ensuring financial reconciliation and tax compliance.
