Lead execution of transmission projects from mobilization to handover, ensuring cost, schedule, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Implement project management systems, manage stakeholders (government, utilities, contractors), control budgets and cash flow, assess and mitigate risks, drive technology adoption, and develop high-performing teams while ensuring smooth transition to O&M.

Lead execution of transmission projects to meet timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards. Oversee site operations, stakeholder liaison, ROW and clearances, cost control, risk mitigation, technology integration, and team development through standardized project management systems until handover to O&M.

Own sales and profitability for assigned territories: plan and execute targets, negotiate and close contracts, manage customer relationships, capture market intelligence, report MIS, and support digitization and automation initiatives while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
