Both my team and the company I think really utilize hybrid work well - while there is the flexibility to be able to work from home frequently, when the team is in the office together we spend significant time together and really make the most of being co-located. I appreciate the fact that it is culturally normative for lunch to be spent together with co-workers and often involves not actually talking about work. Many companies talk about having a truly unique company culture, but I feel that the culture at Adyen truly stands apart from many other places at which I've worked.
