Lead end-to-end ML systems: data pipelines, model development (transformer-based detection), sim-to-real synthetic data, multi-sensor fusion, on-device real-time inference (Jetson), MLOps (experiment tracking, versioning), and production deployment and monitoring. Set ML roadmap and hire/lead as the team grows.

Design and deliver responsive, component-based UIs and design systems for real-time operator dashboards. Translate complex multimodal sensor, geospatial, and AI data into usable flows, prototypes, and developer-ready assets. Conduct user and field research, map journeys and personas, create 2D/3D visualizations, and collaborate with frontend, AI, and robotics teams to ensure feasible implementation and iterative improvements.
