Lead supplier identification, development, and industrialization for heavy fabrication and sheet metal components. Manage tooling and process development, APQP/PPAP activities, process validation, and supplier readiness to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and manufacturing readiness through SOP and launch.

Designs HVAC and temperature-control solutions using chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, and related equipment. Supports sales with technical proposals, BOMs, BOQs, drawings, cost estimates, site surveys, customer presentations, and technical issue resolution. Responsibilities include fleet mapping, equipment performance testing, design validation, technician training, fleet standardization, service-breakdown advisory support, product enhancement, compliance, and new product development.

As an Application Engineer - Data Centre Specialist, you will engineer and deliver power and temperature control solutions, conduct site surveys, perform load calculations, create project documentation, generate technical proposals, and support commissioning and improvement processes.

Lead controls engineering for power generation: specify, develop, and improve control systems (PLC/SCADA/HMI/Codesys), integrate telemetry and supervisory systems, define best practices and safety instrumented systems, produce technical and functional specifications, and support product adaptation and commercial optimization.

Lead manufacturing operations at Aggreko Pune, driving safety, operational excellence, production optimization, quality assurance, financial management, workforce development, and supplier management. Collaborate with India and global teams to scale capacity, implement metrics, and ensure compliance while building talent pipelines and succession plans.

Design mechanical systems and subsystems for diesel/gas generator packages, produce technical drawings and BOMs, perform FEA/CFD and other mechanical analyses, ensure compliance with international standards, support prototypes, FAT, commissioning, and collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and service teams.

Lead and coordinate procurement programs (NPI, localization, supplier transitions, CAPEX) across cross-functional teams. Develop project plans, manage risks and governance, track supplier readiness, run review meetings, and ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.

Design and detail mobile and modular diesel generator products: produce conceptual layouts, 3D models and manufacturing drawings, maintain BOMs and part specs, ensure adherence to standards and document control, source components, and provide technical support through manufacture and field operations.
