Plan, build, execute and document validation tests for new and existing power products and third-party equipment. Source and set up test cells, ensure compliance with procedures and regulations, diagnose and resolve technical issues with design teams, analyze results against requirements, produce reports, and support validation at manufacturing, depot and vendor sites.

Manage supplier onboarding, audits, and performance across quality, cost, delivery, and reliability. Oversee product quality, analyze supplier data to mitigate risks, support NPI/NPD and change control (PPAP), and drive corrective actions for non-conformances.

The Global Capex Lead will design, deploy, and improve Capex and disposal processes at a group level, ensuring strong governance and stakeholder collaboration across various functions. Responsibilities include enhancing workflow, establishing governance frameworks, and driving cross-functional alignment.
