Plan, build, execute and document validation tests for new and existing power products and third-party equipment. Source and set up test cells, ensure compliance with procedures and regulations, diagnose and resolve technical issues with design teams, analyze results against requirements, produce reports, and support validation at manufacturing, depot and vendor sites.

Manage supplier onboarding, audits, and performance across quality, cost, delivery, and reliability. Oversee product quality, analyze supplier data to mitigate risks, support NPI/NPD and change control (PPAP), and drive corrective actions for non-conformances.

Design and detail mobile and modular diesel generator products: produce conceptual layouts, 3D models and manufacturing drawings, maintain BOMs and part specs, ensure adherence to standards and document control, source components, and provide technical support through manufacture and field operations.

Lead supplier identification, development, and industrialization for heavy fabrication and sheet metal components. Manage tooling and process development, APQP/PPAP activities, process validation, and supplier readiness to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and manufacturing readiness through SOP and launch.

Lead electrical design engineering for complex power generator packages, ensuring compliance with standards. Develop standardized design processes, optimize product electrical systems for reliability and cost, test and analyze performance, and provide technical support. Manage and coach a small team and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to define specifications and drive product improvements.

Design, develop and validate electrical systems for manufactured products, produce specifications, schematics and BOMs, maintain EPLAN CAD libraries, support manufacturing, commissioning and supplier engagement, and drive continuous product improvement focused on safety, reliability and efficiency.

Design mechanical systems and subsystems for diesel/gas generator packages, produce technical drawings and BOMs, perform FEA/CFD and other mechanical analyses, ensure compliance with international standards, support prototypes, FAT, commissioning, and collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and service teams.
