Lead mechanical and electrical product design for generator packages and other power products. Drive conceptual design, performance and manufacturability improvements, project execution, testing and validation, supplier and component selection, BOM accuracy, and design reviews. Apply 3D modeling, thermal and flow calculations, FEA, and CFD to optimize products. Lead focused design teams, resolve technical issues, and ensure legislative compliance and timely delivery.

Designs HVAC and temperature-control solutions using chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, and related equipment. Supports sales with technical proposals, BOMs, BOQs, drawings, cost estimates, site surveys, customer presentations, and technical issue resolution. Responsibilities include fleet mapping, equipment performance testing, design validation, technician training, fleet standardization, service-breakdown advisory support, product enhancement, compliance, and new product development.

Plan, build, execute and document validation tests for new and existing power products and third-party equipment. Source and set up test cells, ensure compliance with procedures and regulations, diagnose and resolve technical issues with design teams, analyze results against requirements, produce reports, and support validation at manufacturing, depot and vendor sites.

Lead controls engineering for power generation: specify, develop, and improve control systems (PLC/SCADA/HMI/Codesys), integrate telemetry and supervisory systems, define best practices and safety instrumented systems, produce technical and functional specifications, and support product adaptation and commercial optimization.
