Oversee administrative operations for a new manufacturing plant supporting 700+ employees and contract workers. Coordinate plant setup, implement policies, manage attendance and leave systems, support onboarding and employee records, arrange global visitor travel and visas, and oversee facility maintenance, common areas, offices, vendors, budgets, and administrative services.

Designs HVAC and temperature-control solutions using chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, and related equipment. Supports sales with technical proposals, BOMs, BOQs, drawings, cost estimates, site surveys, customer presentations, and technical issue resolution. Responsibilities include fleet mapping, equipment performance testing, design validation, technician training, fleet standardization, service-breakdown advisory support, product enhancement, compliance, and new product development.

Leads electrical system analysis and power generation package sizing, including engineering reviews and CAD documentation. Owns project delivery from client liaison and site verification through tender review, design pack preparation, installation, commissioning, and operational support. Provides troubleshooting assistance, prepares technical reports, ensures health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance, and supports sales with tender and project design expertise. The role is based in Pune and requires travel as needed.
