Identify process improvements, support automation, monitor risks and progress, manage budgets and financial reporting, prioritize initiatives, and ensure ongoing solution quality and service performance.

Manages regional tax operations, strategy, compliance, audits, transfer pricing, tax accounting, and tax risk. Provides direct and indirect tax advice to management, oversees tax returns and provisions, supports statutory audits, manages tax authority inquiries and litigation, and leads tax transformation and process-digitalization initiatives across the AMEI region.

Manage regional sales for special gas delivery equipment, develop technical/commercial proposals, coordinate with France/Taiwan and customers, produce P&ID and product documentation, forecast sales, and support cross-functional project delivery to meet profit and customer requirements.
