Support, configure, and enhance Omega365 and complementary project controls tools; gather and translate business requirements; manage integrations (SAP, REST APIs); perform testing (SIT/UAT), incident resolution, documentation, training, and participate in Agile delivery and on-call rotations to enable EPC project controls and project management processes.

Provide front-line support, administration, testing, training, troubleshooting, and documentation for Smart 3D and related SmartPlant applications; maintain environments, collaborate with engineering teams, and help deploy new tools and process improvements.
