The Major Account Executive will target and acquire new government accounts, develop strategies, and close long-cycle deals, particularly in cybersecurity and cloud solutions.

Design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable infrastructure for large distributed content delivery systems. Define and measure SLIs/SLOs, monitor availability and performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement corrective actions. Develop automation to reduce manual work, participate in design reviews, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve system reliability and performance.

Architect, develop, and optimize a high-performance Web Application Firewall platform. Lead technical design and code reviews, mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize proxies and Kubernetes for low-latency processing, and implement OWASP-based security controls against evolving threats.

The Services Analyst develops financial forecasts, assists in monthly reporting, manages costs and budgets, and designs user-friendly reporting solutions through data analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.

Lead QA efforts for Akamai's cloud storage platform by designing and executing automated functional, load, and performance tests. Develop automation frameworks, participate in design reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve testing infrastructure to validate new features and ensure scalable, secure storage solutions.

Design, build, and deploy scalable, reliable zero-trust security and API-based solutions. Implement features from design through testing and deployment, optimize distributed system performance, fix bugs, and collaborate across teams in an agile environment.

Sell Akamai solutions to major accounts in North India by building territory plans, developing partner ecosystems, engaging C-levels, driving new customer acquisition, managing pipeline and contract negotiations to maximize bookings and logos.

Provide post-sales technical consulting and integration for Zero Trust solutions: lead deployments, troubleshoot, deliver training, advise customers, collaborate internally, document solutions, and support occasional pre-sales activities.

Lead development of observability products (metrics, dashboards, alerts, APIs) by defining requirements, writing PRDs, engaging customers, prioritizing roadmap, and driving cross-functional launches and EOL consolidation.
