Senior Site Reliability Engineer responsible for designing and maintaining scalable infrastructure, deployment processes, monitoring platforms, and automation for distributed systems. The role improves reliability, performance, observability, and operational efficiency through Linux administration, scripting, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and monitoring tools. The engineer collaborates with internal teams to resolve technical challenges, safely deploy software, and drive continuous improvement.

A 12-week, part-time technical training program for individuals without prior technical experience. Learners develop foundational skills in Linux, networking, web applications, databases, Python, and IT security through Pluralsight coursework. Successful graduates may be considered for an Akamai apprenticeship or future entry-level roles. Participants must commit approximately 10 flexible hours weekly, communicate effectively, collaborate well, learn independently, and be proficient in English.

Supports channel partners throughout the sales process by enabling them to market, sell, implement, and support Akamai solutions. Conducts technical training and enablement workshops, develops partner-specific plans, collaborates with channel sales, leads partner reviews, demonstrates solution value, and helps close sales. Mentors partner sales, presales, and architecture teams while advocating partner needs internally.
