Analyzes institutional portfolio returns against benchmarks, prepares gross- and net-of-fees performance reports and risk statistics, and performs quality control, reconciliation, and monthly performance sign-off. The role collaborates with custodians, sellers, trustees, servicers, vendors, and internal stakeholders while identifying transaction issues and communicating solutions.

Supports class action and proxy administration for investment management operations. Responsibilities include quality-checking proxy voting, reviewing third-party research, monitoring unvoted meetings, preparing voting reports, processing class action activities, resolving inquiries, maintaining procedures, training team members, and identifying process improvements. The role requires financial analysis, regulatory and legal awareness, detailed reporting, vendor and custodian coordination, and knowledge of capital markets, corporate actions, proxy voting, and class actions.
