Manages the organization’s AI governance program, including use case intake, approval workflows, governance committee coordination, meeting documentation, inventory maintenance, compliance reporting, audit trails, and regulatory process updates. Partners with AI leadership, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional committees to ensure AI initiatives meet organizational policies, responsible AI principles, emerging regulations, and risk management requirements.

Oversee daily cash and position reconciliations across investment portfolios, resolve complex breaks, monitor overdrafts and market values, and coordinate with portfolio managers, sales teams, custodians, and vendors. The role analyzes root causes, maintains oversight controls, leads process improvements and automation initiatives, and manages operational escalations while ensuring accurate, timely delivery of investment operations processes.

Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM for the Client Group: triage production support, administer users and security, configure objects/flows/reports/dashboards, manage releases and CI/CD pipelines, ensure data quality, and support business users globally.
