Coordinate business operations and strategic projects for Bernstein Advisory Services. Track deliverables, maintain timelines, manage revenue and invoicing workflows, maintain pipeline dashboards, support advisor engagement and proposal/content development, and build scalable processes to support growth. Act as a central coordinator across advisors, marketing, operations, finance, and leadership in a follow-the-sun model.

Support day-to-day Global Families workflows including onboarding, Non-US pre-clearance, KYC updates, diligence screening, reporting, and documentation. Coordinate cross-functional inputs, escalate complex matters, maintain data integrity, and assist process improvement and automation testing while ensuring accuracy and discretion with sensitive client information.

Develop and support multi-asset investment tools including portfolio optimization, monitoring, trade building/routing, QC processing, automation, and overnight batch job support. Collaborate with researchers and PMs, own projects end-to-end from design to deployment, and build dashboards and workflows to support systematic strategies.
