Support Responsible Investing by building and maintaining ESG data tools, dashboards and automated workflows; produce quantitative ESG research and factor backtests; translate thematic research into investment implications; coordinate with data vendors, IT, and stakeholders; apply AI tools to improve processes; and support stewardship, reporting and ad hoc portfolio analyses.

Lead India finance operations including financial close, reporting under Ind AS/IGAAP/IFRS, treasury and cash management, direct and indirect tax compliance, transfer pricing, audits, ICFR/SOX controls, and business partnering. Manage audits, regulatory compliance, and mentor finance team to ensure accurate financial statements and strong internal controls.

The Transaction Management Associate will handle operational input on loan transactions, facilitate re-underwriting, closings, and post-closing activities, while ensuring compliance and communication with involved parties.
