Designs and manages IAM and IGA solutions focused on securing AI agents, MCP integrations, service accounts, applications, and other non-human identities. Responsibilities include access governance, provisioning, certifications, segregation-of-duties controls, credential-less authentication, AI-aware authorization, risk remediation, incident response, compliance reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. The role also configures IGA connectors, supports AI governance initiatives, and helps automate IAM operations.

Develop and maintain Salesforce platform components, integrations, documentation, and scalable enhancements across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Gearset, manage end-to-end releases, participate in architecture discussions and code reviews, and troubleshoot platform issues. Collaborate with architects and the Center of Excellence while applying Salesforce, DevOps, SDLC, security, and software development best practices.

Design, build, and maintain Okta-based identity and access management (SSO/MFA) solutions. Integrate and migrate applications to SAML/OIDC/OAuth, implement and troubleshoot Okta Access Gateway, develop Okta APIs and custom integrations, lead Okta upgrades, produce IAM metrics, and provide technical leadership across development, infrastructure, and service teams.
