Lead product execution for MES scheduling and production reporting. Own and prioritize backlog, write user stories, collaborate with engineering/UX/QA, validate releases, engage customers for requirements, support ERP integrations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver manufacturing operational value.

Provide L2/L3 application support for Amtech's MES suite (initially Axiom and APB). Troubleshoot production-impacting issues, use SQL and Microsoft SQL Server for root cause analysis, replicate problems, resolve escalations end-to-end, document handoffs, and support global follow-the-sun operations.

Contribute to modernizing the EnCore ERP platform by developing modules with WiseJ, C#, ASP.NET and ADO.NET; design REST APIs; optimize SQL and stored procedures; apply design patterns; implement logging/monitoring; collaborate with US and local Product/QA/DevOps/UX teams; and participate in agile ceremonies.
