Drive UX, information architecture, and Design System evolution; mentor designers; conduct research; implement AI-powered design workflows; partner with product and engineering to deliver scalable, data-heavy operational experiences.

Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for enterprise SaaS (OMS/WMS). Conduct user research and usability testing, validate solutions with data, contribute to the Design System, collaborate with product and engineering, and leverage AI-assisted tools to improve design efficiency.
