The Senior Cyber Architect is responsible for defining and governing cyber security architecture, ensuring secure design, compliance, and implementation for Maersk's global technology landscape.

Process accounts payable and cash collection workflows efficiently and accurately, meeting productivity and three-business-day turnaround targets. Maintain compliance, controls, KPI performance, and zero overdue workflows while managing backlogs. Support continuous improvement, automation, digitalization, testing, and validation initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders, complete required training, and demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and customer focus.

Oversee daily accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to accounting standards. Analyze direct and indirect costs, perform actual-versus-budget variance analysis, develop and monitor revenue and expense budgets, and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and invoicing. The role also supports business operations through technical, administrative, and operational tasks.

Manage customer interactions, cases, onboarding, contracts, disputes, and relationship activities in a logistics environment. Maintain accurate customer records, resolve queries within defined timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and support seamless customer experiences. Requires a degree, at least two years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and basic Excel and reporting abilities.

Manage statutory audits, auditor coordination, and preparation of IFRS and local GAAP financial statements. Coordinate reporting for joint ventures, associates, and non-integrated entities while ensuring governance, compliance, and internal controls. Drive standardization, automation, SOP development, and KPI reporting, partnering with controllers, auditors, tax teams, and global stakeholders across APM Terminals entities.

Manage the complete customer experience across the end-to-end ocean shipment lifecycle. Monitor shipments, communicate schedule deviations, resolve customer issues, coordinate with internal teams, identify root causes, and prevent service failures. Build customer relationships, understand business needs, promote value-added services, and contribute to revenue growth while meeting service-quality and performance KPIs.

Manages finance and accounting activities for a large, complex country cluster. Leads the accounting team, oversees daily accounting operations, ensures timely book closures and accurate financial reporting, and maintains a true and fair view of financial results. Partners with the CFO, finance managers, and country or area managers on performance measurement, financial objectives, and day-to-day decisions.

Build and support scalable frontend and backend applications within Maersk’s People Technology team. Develop APIs, Generative AI solutions, copilots, and autonomous agents; configure and enhance Workday HR modules; and implement secure cloud-native services on Azure. The role includes DevOps, CI/CD, testing, incident management, change delivery, stakeholder advising, and Agile Scrum collaboration across Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, and related HR systems.

Partner with platform, tech, and business teams to design and scale global operating models and platform-enabled solutions. Validate feasibility, identify risks, drive adoption of AI/automation/workflow solutions, lead implementation readiness, and continuously improve processes to realize productivity, standardization, and business value across regions.

Manage accounting-to-reporting activities including accruals, provisions, prepayments, leases, fixed assets, reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet and P&L reviews, financial statement support, controls, and audit requirements. Collaborate with finance teams to resolve issues, ensure compliant period-end close, identify balance sheet risks, and improve accounting processes through standardization and automation.

Manage month-end close, GL accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, cost reporting and analysis. Perform cost audits, ensure controls and compliance, standardize processes, and recommend improvements to minimize risk and boost performance.

Oversees day-to-day accounting operations, including financial transactions, cost accounting, budget accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and invoicing. Applies accounting principles, standards, regulations, and established procedures while analyzing cost variances and monitoring budgets. Works independently within defined guidelines, may coach less experienced colleagues, oversee processes, and support task prioritization and completion.

Design and build scalable data and AI platforms, including trusted data foundations, batch and streaming pipelines, ML production systems, GenAI and agentic AI solutions. Develop RAG, vector search, tool-calling, APIs, workflows, governance, security controls, monitoring, and observability. Contribute to architecture and code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers while making decisions around scalability, reliability, performance, security, and cost.

Lead and govern multi-project programs: develop PM best practices and templates, monitor dependencies, consolidate status and financial reporting, mentor staff, apply project lifecycle knowledge, and manage day-to-day priorities to deliver organizational projects.

Support research and prototyping of agentic AI systems, design multi-agent architectures, integrate LLMs with RPA and APIs, develop AI-RPA automation workflows, test and optimize agent performance, and collaborate with senior team members to deliver scalable, compliant AI-driven automation solutions.

Design, build and operate cloud-native web applications and GRC workflows to identify, assess and manage cyber risk at scale. Integrate APIs, AI/LLM features and automation, act as tooling SME, contribute to product vision and roadmaps, and collaborate with security teams and vendors to improve processes and adoption.

Design and run data pipelines and ML/AI models to generate cyber threat intelligence. Build dashboards, APIs and integrations, normalise and enrich security data, maintain provenance and governance, and enable automation and safe GenAI adoption to support CTI and SOC stakeholders.

Design, build, and operate a resilient, high-performance infrastructure platform across on‑prem and multi‑cloud. Implement automation (Terraform, Ansible), scripting (Python, PowerShell), performance tuning, HA/clustering, DB and hypervisor management, and support platform vision with product teams, POCs, documentation, and external representation.

Lead design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise GenAI and automation solutions (RAG, agentic and multi-agent systems) using Azure, Power Platform, Python and related technologies; establish standards, reusable frameworks, govern models, mentor teams, and drive adoption with stakeholders.

Design, build, test, and deploy AI-augmented automation solutions and intelligent document processing using Python, .NET/C#, SQL, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Azure AI services. Develop reusable automation components, conversational agents, and API/event-driven workflows; ensure testing, monitoring, governance, and responsible AI practices; troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with product, platform, and business teams.
